Fantastic hotel and free parking, exceptionally nice and magnificent location to downtown S-Bahn station. Modest room, with a good-sized bathroom and extremely comfy beds. Garden view, very nice helpful and friendly staff who is also a receptionist. Location really close to the quiet outskirts of Munich. A wide range of food options relatively near the venue.

The units are quiet and fantastic with baby beds for our twins. As for us location is great, adjacent to S-bahn, Near Theresienwiese that is the Octoberfest area, and central Munich.

The room was big size & cosy, the bed was perfect. We appreciated courtyard view. Peaceful and excellent location near the Riemer park where there is a Parkrun made it easy to get to key attractions. Moreover, it's very close to noise of cars...
