Perfect little hotel, it has exceptionally nice staff on the reception desk.

The rooms are decent sized and have great views. We stay there regularly and will be returning here soon, everything was great.

Its location was magnificent, near a metro station at two stations of marienplatz. Generous and varied breakfasts with a local bakery and another taste of Bavaria and fresh breads, the staff were all in all outstandingly accommodating.

Wi-Fi was weak, made me a little nervous.

Practical and unique units and pleasant staff on the reception desk. Marvellous location, walking distance to bars and a coffee shop. It also was walking distance to a garden and a park.

Liked an air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony in the room. The breakfast was savoury, with fairly friendly staff and a lot of food.

This hotel was situated in the super central position.

The location was absolutely perfect - adjacent to Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Karlsplatz, Sendliger Tor metro station and great bars and nighlife. Overall rooms were nice designed and had climate control and ample closet space.

The location was perfect, very close to Kaiser-Ludwig-Denkmal. The room was large, equipped with modern design, a private bathroom, as example, it accommodated us perfectly.

It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The location was magnificent - ease of access to Nussbaumpark. The room was decent sized with big windows, stayed here for 3 nights.

Our hotel is set in a super central location just off the Marienplatz and the Theresienwiess as well as Sendlinger Tor which is a major U-bahn / tram transportation hub. The service is excellent, includes private parking.

I could see the alpine from the window of the urban queen room. It was based in very good building in an excellent location, near the train station.

It was trendy, stylish and with modern design. Amazingly nice and superbly friendly staff who were always there to help. The service was good. The location was great and fantastic, to far from the center, convenient to go everywhere. We had lunch at nearby Zum Wurstlkonig, tried their fast food options.

The breakfast we ordered was average, it could definitely be improved.

The location was super central, adjacent to restaurants and subway stations. We really enjoyed urban queen room provided with making the most of the space. The staff were affable, everything was great during our stay.

There was plenty of excellent meals. The room was stylish and functional, with a view over to the mountains in the distance, AC & free Wi-Fi, as for instance, slept really well. It was in a super central location, close to the S a U Bahn stations as well as the trolley.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from a prominent public square. It's walking distance to bars and a coffee shop too.

Such a good stay for quiet nights during a business trip. Overall clean place with amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Great location between Sendlinger Tor & Goethplaz stations, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Again, not far from a Baroque church.

Stayed here for a short break and can recommend it. Had 2 days in Munich, spending my time here really good. The location was good and stunning: fairgrounds and an outdoor market were within walking distance. I liked that the property was walking distance to a train station. The staff were affable, breakfast was generous and rich. The service was EXCELLENT.

Everything is great here, had a really good stay for our Oktoberfest visit. Make sure to get urban queen room with a shared balcony and making the most of the space. The location is excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Oktoberfest.

The staff was cool and amazing when we had questions. The breakfast was marvellous and very very good at a local bakery, with lots of brilliant options.

Liked how perfect little the property was and its accommodating staff on the reception desk. The location was marvellous and fantastic, right by 2 stops and a short trip to the Marienplatz, and Main central train station. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Ludwigsvorstadt district.

The urban queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was compact with alpine view. This was a great location adjacent to the Marienplatz and coffee shops.

New-fashioned units with a terrace.

Got functional, beautifully designed room with a private bathroom and shower. The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from A Sprawling 200-Year-Old Market. There was a good restaurant, fairgrounds and an outdoor market next door. That was what I call wonderful base for a short break.

the hotel had a central location and it was close to aids. loved being close to a tube station. they gave an urban queen room with swinging chair, a good view, as example as we booked.

I enjoyed the funky-style building, decent sized room. The venue was set in the super central position adjacent to the central train station as well as the Viktualienmarkt or farmer's market.

The hotel was located in front of touristic places such as munich frauenkirche. Excellent breakfast with plenty of food.
