The hotel was fairly clean with very very helpful and attentive staff and extravagant breakfast. I had comfort double room with windows overlooking street and very clean bed. The venue was in a nice and unbeatable location, close to a bus stop. There was a garden and a park next to the place.

The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably spacious with a nice design and welcoming staff members. Delicious and marvellous breakfast for attractive rates for all tastes. Very cozy building, marvellous and absolutely perfect location so close to a huge park and recreational area as well as tram line.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like sankt emmeramsmuhle that was only 5 minutes' walk away. hotel was so perfect. we would stay here again when visiting munich.
