Brand-new units with a bathroom.

The family king room with a shared bathroom, facilities worked for us. Perfect and handy location, near metro. Based near Budapest airport, and Theresienwiese.

The location of the hotel was great and excellent - within walking distance of a huge grassy park. The room was spacious with a shared bathroom and the staff courteous.

Liked great-sized and perfect little triple room with a shared bathroom, felt like we were home.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was generous and marvellous. Overall it was extremely spacious and functional on the bottom level. Location: the hotel was next to the old town, and the old town centre. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Ludwigsvorstadt district.

Tbh internet connection was terrible, and the bed was very hard.

The staff were flexible, comfortable and handy location to an attractions area.

The services where friendly! The rooms were perfectly clean with private bathroom and had all necessary facilities. The breakfast was large and marvellous and the ambience was quiet. The stuff was very nice, pleasant, no complains at all.

Magnificent and perfect location near S Bahn, the center, and Theresienwiese, could not be better. Also, very close to the U-Bahn.

An iron, a work desk and a TV set available in the queen room. Large breakfast selection with a "feature " item and cheeses, for instance...

The breakfast with cheeses, meat plus a '' feature '' item was generous and marvellous, had so much to choose from.

Had a great stay for the first night in advance, it met requests. The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a central area, so close to a U Bahn station, centre and the central area. Booked double room, that included an iron, a work desk, and a TV set. The location was particularly good, staff were VERY, VERY NICE. Easily reached Annam Grill, located not very far from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

Tidy, modest units provided with shower, private bathroom, for instance. Marvellous and magnificent location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a huge grassy park. Walking distance to fairgrounds and supermarkets across the street.

the hotel was newly remodelled, as you can expect from munich. the rooms were reasonably large and functional, had smoke detectors for safety. a bath was big and everything was fine. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from oktoberfest. plus the property was near a cinema and restaurants.

I came here for 5 nights and had a decent stay. The place was fairly clean, I booked the family room with street views, everything was well-maintained. I greatly enjoyed the different food. The place had a family atmosphere. Its location relatively near a huge grassy park was great and excellent.

Its location was marvellous, close enough to an underground station and all attractions and amenities.

All in all, I spent my time greatly. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot: )

It deserves its 2 stars. We appreciated it, especially its location and staff. We liked the shared bathroom...
