The room was bright with a soft bed and the staff were extremely great.

Feeling that I really enjoyed this charming small and pleasant hotel after staying for 5 nights. The room was compact, neat with a single bed, a coffee r tea in mornings, large bathroom, I was pleased. Particularly good location in the downtown area and it was a bonus to be walking distance to a train station.

Perfect and perfectly clean hotel with great food and helpful staff. Incredibly comfortable location and great facilities. Nice restaurants.

Possibly the best and very very good stay for a 2 days business trip. Efficient and cooperative hotel employees all round. Brand-new rooms & good-sized bathrooms. Exceptionally nice location, within walking distance of everywhere.

We stay in family king room quite often, it is updated and new-fashioned. The staff are all top-class. The place has decent location very close to the underground.

Its single room was top-notch with a big balkony and twin beds. The service was welcoming, just like I expected.

We spent 5 nights in standard room with large bathroom. Hotel's staff was pleasant and amazingly kind all the time. The daily service was amazing. The facilities were modern too.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. We had a really great stay at this pleasant and modern hotel. The property was situated in the very central location near train station. The room was spacious and huge and also had bathtub. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was delicious. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was brilliant.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - just off the center of Munich, Karlsplatz and Marienplatz and supermarket, pharmacy, public transport, and tourism highlight points. I ate at the grill restaurant near the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and very good and the place was clean. The room was huge and spotless with 3 single beds, really enjoyed it.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of delicious food on offer. Everything was good and the staff was very nice. Its location at a medium distance from a prominent public square was great.

Didn't like the area, it was not that good.

I stayed in the room that was not been cleaned with dirty towels lying around and available with another bed put in. Great service, even though a few employees were not very friendly.

Stayed in airy standard room with 3 single beds. The staff members were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Overall the service was amazing! Besides, the parking was nearby.

Well, it was a very lovely stay for a 2 days business trip. The location was very central, so close to the main downtown, and shopping activity in Munich.

We didn't have time, so we also would definitely book here again. Our room was tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, just what was needed.

The room was spacious and huge with comfortable beds and the location was magnificent. The breakfast was delicious and very good for a hotel of this rating with yogurts, nuts plus pasteries. Some of the staff members were very, very nice.

The rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and well-appointed with large bathroom. All the staff was top-class, solved my issues. Stayed for 3 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would love to return.

Really enjoyed it, I did not want to leave there and I couldn't recommend more this hotel. I asked for family room, it was brand-new and top-notch. The bed was comfortable & the staff was top-class and helpful.

Staff is very-very nice and you can park your car nearby. The room is huge, with cozy bed and truly special view. The service is brilliant, includes handy parking.

There were airy and compact rooms in very spacious. Good and absolutely perfect location right next door to a strip club was a plus.

We think it's a nice place for staying in Munich. Enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Schiller Brau, no need to go somewhere else.

Rooms were good sized. Wonderful base for city trip in Munich. 19 miles from Munich airport...

The hotel is next to a train station. We really enjoyed it.
