The building is very good and the rooms are perfectly clean and updated with Air conditioning, refridgerator, for example. Hotel provides good meals.

Excellent, good location in Schwabing district near to a business district-easier to take U2 from Hauptbanhof to Milbertshofen and walking, rather than S2 + U6 + tram via Marienplatz as well as train station and a burger restaurant.

Overall - friendly place with great staff on reception desk. Particularly nice breakfast for all tastes with exotic jams. Great location next to tram stop 23. Based so close to good public transport links and a nice comfortable cheap stay for 4 nights as well as a business district-easier to take U2 from Hauptbanhof to Milbertshofen and walking, rather than S2 + U6 + tram via Marienplatz.

Location - unbeatable, short walk to the center by public transports, super market, and the Olympia park & English garden. Excellent breakfast to start the day with exotic jams.

Sensational breakfasts with exotic jams, everyone could try something new. The hotel was in a peaceful location short walk to the center of the town, tram station and main city attractions. Have stayed here many times and would happily return.

thank you for a very pleasant stay. it's simple place to stay 3 km away from an olympic stadium. the location is very central, close enough to the u-bahn, by metro, and bus stop.

The hotel was set just a walk down to allianz arena. The property was very close to Central Munich train station. Milbertshofen - Am Hart district deserves your attention
