I booked a room with a very clean bed, a laptop safe, central heating, and iron/ironing board. The bathroom was big size, that's important. The staff were helpful and very attentive, overall. The location of the hotel was nice and magnificent - within a close distance from Buckingham Palace.

The setting was incredible and marvellous, adjacent to restaurants and bars and multiple supermarkets. The stuff where ready to help with the little things.

The property was exceptionally clean with absolutely friendly and amicable staff. Newly furnished and tidy room with a modern bathroom and real good experience. Lots of food available in the lobby. Very quick check in & the service was friendly. A bar in the lobby.

Extraordinary, immaculately clean place with amazing views. Incredible location very close to the metro station which you may directly go to Marienplatz or central train station. Also - just off city center in 10 minutes ride, public transport and parking and supermarket.

Absolutely friendly staff and the place was exceptionally clean. Truly enjoyed the way our twin room with a modern bathroom was arranged. The lobby served lots of meals for breakfast. Magnificent and incredible location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Josephsburg tube station was 15 min away.

Incredible and great location - just off central train station, supermarket and train station with car parking slots, and Munich via the S-Bahn.

The location was fantastic and excellent, not far from close to city center by metro and a grocery shop and the train. Also, Umadum Ferris Wheel was 3 km away from the hotel. We appreciated rooms with comfortable bed...

I enjoyed the place, it was exceptionally clean & the staff were helpful and excellent. I got complimentary queen room with a modern bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. I found the hotel's location exceptionally nice and excellent, adjacent to metro, kind staf, public transport and a grocery shop and the train. Berg am Laim district was worth staying in.

The place was spotlessly clean with an excellent and very attentive staff. The location in a pretty comfortable area was incredible and there were a supermarket and a convenience shop nearby. We loved the property because it was close to a train station.

Everything was great, the parking was on site, the room was newly furnished and stylish. The breakfast was very good with coffee options, the staffing teams were brilliantly friendly.

Twin room was outstanding with extremely comfy bed. Iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines were useful. Its location was magnificent and incredible, by metro, and in a comfortable area. Berg am Laim district was worth exploring

The food was appetising and we enjoyed the variety. The service was terrific with parking on-site.

Every time in Munich we stay in this hotel. We appreciated this place, it's extraordinary. The location is comfortable and marvellous for exploring Munich. It's in a very good building in the nice area. The venue provides a nice service.
