I really enjoyed this hotel, it was stylish with free wi-fi. The stuff was superbly friendly, accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

We booked an individually decorated room with a view of a beautiful church.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Comfortable bed, beautifully decorated and modern room with a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. The nice view on the courtyard.

The room was well decorated and new-fashioned, it had a super bathroom.

Magnificent location and satisfactory breakfast with meats and fruit and cheeses.

The location is unbeatable and excellent, it's short walk to underground. Individually decorated and reasonably large rooms complete with great toiletries.

Enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. The location was magnificent, next to a hilltop overlooking the Theresienwiese as well as the Oktoberfest. The venue was away from hustle and bustle, as I expected. The really helpful and extremely friendly staff was much appreciated.

Excellent staff, particularly nice views over to the park, everything is great. Absolutely perfect and peaceful setting, it's next to Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann and Indian and Arabic supermarkets and a park. The main bar is nice.

The location was good and the central station was short distance from the hotel. There was a great restaurant, shopping centres and a supermarket next door.

Overall it was extremely spacious with 2 beds. The location of the hotel was particularly good and stunning, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The place was nicely decorated and fairly clean. The staff were very amiable, they made me feel welcome. The service was terrific, just like I expected. Moreover, parking was on-site.

Stayed for 2 nights in this cute little place, appreciated that. In general the service was friendly. Moreover, we parked onsite.

The location is nice and stunning, it's in Schwanthalerhohe district close enough to nearby Lidl, Aldi stores and the large park where Octoberfest is held. The staff is excellent and helpful, makes sure that the place is clean.

Its location was magnificent so near to public transport. The room was individually decorated and contemporary with 2 beds, and we slept very well.

The twin room had basic facilities you need, an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Stylish trendy boutique hotel with amiable staff. Absolutely perfect and excellent location in a nice enough area so close to subway station. Situated only 1 km from Oktoberfest.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in the city center. It was contemporary, modern and as in 1980s decor.

The views at this hip new hotel were nice. The staff was really helpful and accommodating all the time. Guest room was modern, the beds were comfortable. A bathtub was amazing and everything was fine. The service was absolutely terrific. The location was perfect and peaceful, next to the city center, nearby Lidl, Aldi stores, a hilltop and city center or railway station.

The location was magnificent and beautiful, right by Theresienwiese. The people were really helpful and accommodating, will exceed the expectations.

Fine experience there. Spacious, quaint and fairly clean hotel. Very amiable personnel, nicely decorated and new-fashioned rooms with a view of a beautiful church, 1980s decor, as example. Exceptional customer care. Easy parking onsite. A pleasant restaurant and a main bar available.

The twin room I stayed in was individually decorated and large with 2 beds. Great breakfast was the best, I really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and catered to my every need.

The staff were HELPFUL ; we had an early check-in. We were in a double room with a safe, a work desk and an electronic key card. Only 20 min walk to downtown. Traveled much, cause it's not too far away from Theresienwiese subway station.

Everything was very clean. Location within easy walking distance of theresienwiese subway. We greatly enjoyed our 7-nights stay.

Very good location, good rates. Nice views. Even the Munich airport was not so far. Brilliant base for city trip in Munich:)))

we could easily get to marienplatz and theresienwiese was next to the hotel. staff was kindly and gave us good recommendations. bed was comfy.
