very enjoyable short overall experience. hip new hotel in a residential area of munich. quiet and absolutely perfect location - around 4-6 minutes' walk from basic bio-markt. a good choice of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

Location: the hotel was just off tram / bus station and Hohenzollernplatz U-Bahn and public transportation. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would love to go back.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 22 nights only. The staff were really helpful and took care of us. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was cosy overall. The location was good and magnificent, in center with easy access to small supermarkets and a small supermarket. There was Treffpunkt Sportsbar nearby, offering quick meals.

Everybody was extremely HELPFUL. Il Borgo, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

There was a mini-kitchen, that's a plus. It's really close to Hohenzollernplatz metro station...
