My clean room had a multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and ironing facilities. The location was fantastic and particularly good, at a short distance from Abc Kino Cinema.

Our queen room was wonderful with clever as advertised. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The setting was fantastic, near to Hohenzollernplatz, Muenchen Schwabing, and Munich. It also was in a great area.

No complaint, the venue met standards, can't recommend highly enough it. Stylish and exceptionally good rooms with unique interior design, felt like home. The staff and the host were all affable😀👌

The location is incredible and great, it's in Schwabing district just next door to at 2 am, Hohenzollernplatz, and Muenchen Schwabing.

There's bad smell in some areas.
