The breakfast is amazing and rich with good options, lots to choose from. I have stayed in the twin room with super comfortable beds and pillows.

There's rubbish in some areas.

The hotel provides free and rich breakfast with good options. Staff is very helpful and reasonably good and you can park your car on site.

The total stay was nice for out Euro road trip. Greatly enjoyed our well-designed and large room equipped with an armchair sized sofa bed as well as non-working air conditioning. Suburban location of this hip new hotel was a bonus.

The venue is unique, food is outstanding, magnificent location in a cafe next to the local LIDL. Contemporary rooms complete with breakfast same everyday, comfort bed, for instance, competent and exceptionally friendly staff. The hotel has the restaurant at the ground floor.

It boasts nice location right by Theresienwiese, the main square and supermarkets and subway stations and bus stations. Thalkirchen - Obersendling - Forstenried - Furstenried - Solln district is worth seeing.

I could see street from the guest room. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was good and efficient, close to the bus stop, airport and public transport, in a comfortable area.

It was fairly clean, the staff was welcoming and polite, plus the service was good. This hotel met every demand in every way, would recomand.

The hotel's location was comfortable and perfect to U-Bahn. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. The staff was very helpful, the bathroom was great-sized.

The rooms are heated and tidy, have hypoallergenic pillows. The rate is £ 83, satisfied.

A decent size rooms with three external heaters and non-working air conditioning plus big windows and marvellous breakfast. Magnificent and efficient location in a pretty comfortable area, just off the closest metro station as well as supermarkets and subway and bus stations.

It was important to get hearing accessible room with sofa bed, three external heaters, for example and that went well. The food for breakfast was great. The service was exceptional, including a friendly check-in. Every staff member was super friendly and exceptionally nice.

Beds were not comfortable enough.

Competent and absolutely friendly staff and the place was fairly clean. The location of the hotel was suburban, just off a restaurant, and Close to Metro. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Munich.

Thank you very much for a really comfortable stay on vacation. The employees are really kind and superbly friendly. The rooms are new-fashioned and heated, with a laptop-compatible safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. The pleasant restaurant at the ground floor is a nice plus.

The accommodation was unique and fairly clean, the ambience was quiet. I ate at a nice restaurant at the lobby. Street view was worthy. The location was good and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Passionskirche.

The venue's position was suburban. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The staff were both EFFICIENT and welcoming. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Munchener Tierpark Hellabrunn.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Munich, had much fun and met polite staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was quick.
