The units are brand-new, reasonably large with great showers, great breakfast, for instance.

Large units with great WiFi, great showers plus a TV. Quiet and top setting in the awesome area, really close to a park area and toys for the kids and mall near property. Again, not far from an innovative gallery.

Fantastic and magnificent location for our visit to Sherlock Holmes Museum just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Liked it and would not hesitate to return here. Perfect hotel, the staff were all knowledgeable and decent and the location was excellent next to the park. We spent 3 nights in private room.

It was functional, beautifully designed and with good privacy. The location was perfect and quiet, next to all interests.

I enjoyed staying here, no complaint. The staff was decent, the accommodation was stylish and overall clean. I had functional, contemporary rooms with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a sofa bed.

Had central location near metro station. It was next to Schottenhamel, where you can have lunch.

The atmosphere created was family. The rooms were very pretty in general.

We didn't feel like leaving and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, greatly enjoyed the city and hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights, the venue was really modern, had excellent location by beautiful greenery.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and we would stay here again. The property was beautifully decorated and stylish and we had a really comfortable stay. The room was new-fashioned with private bathroom. The location was incredible and magnificent and next to a park and a greenery. Thoroughly enjoyed the very quiet area. The fact that Schwanthalerhohe u-Bahn tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

the location walk from a subway station was peaceful. it was an awesome area, a great place for me. the restaurant was good with big garden here, i had hot dishes.

The location was fantastic, you can visit Oktoberfest by walking. The area was very quiet just next door to metro station as well as Metro line U5. Our private room was equipped with good climate control, shower, as for instance.

The rooms were functional and had down pillows. The hotel was really modern and in a central location.

Stayed here with my children and everything was excellent. The location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from Alte Kongresshalle. The food for brunch was savoury in the authentic restaurant. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hip new hotel.

The room is light and fine with good privacy, everything is perfect. There are a safe, central heating and an iron - that's always a plus. The hotel has an unbeatable location, next to Oktoberfest...

Booked double room, that included an iron, an electronic key card and a television with satellite channels. The staff was welcoming and solved our problems immediately.

It is a beautifully decorated and stylish property located in Schwanthalerhohe district just off the metro station and also the center and the French consulate, the Theresienwiese and the city center. I would come here again thanks to central location.

Peaceful, convenient location close to tube, the French consulate, the Theresienwiese and the city center and Metro line U5, at a 3-stops distance from Karlsplatz, best staff. Also, next to the park. The breakfasts with many options.

The place was perfectly clean, I booked the family room with garden views, everything was modern. The location was stunning, not too far from a music club. Moreover, it was adjacent to Muenchen and Munich.

We have booked private room with great breakfast, bathroom plus bunk beds for 2 nights. We had VERY COMFORTABLE time at the hotel and would stay here again.
