We stayed here for 1 night, it was perfect for us. The room was not only brand-new, but functional too, and had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was peaceful, a 10-15 minute walk from an indoor arena. The bar was nice with excellent and competent staff.
Their staff were kind of rude.

Magnificent, absolutely perfect location very close to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, the subway and the Backstage and all 3 public transport options-Ubahn. A great selection of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Accommodating staff and savoury and tasty breakfast with a great selection of options.

the fact that friedenheimer strasse tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus. the room was soundproof and modern, had a really enjoyable stay of 2 nights. it was nice having central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the Central area, the train/bus station and Schloss Nymphenburg. It also was near the metro.

The location was good in a very quite area, really close to Westpark where are several beer gardens, which is very comfortable and the metro line and supermarket.
The hotel staff was very unpleasant.
