The staff is accommodating, the breakfast comprehensive, the location is magnificent very close to Oktoberfest as well as the tram station. The place provides best prices, had a really really nice stay of a holiday. The room is newly remodelled and good sized with a nice view of the garden. A bathroom is equipped with bathtub.

Bright and decent size rooms, the views of the garden were magnificent. The breakfast was savoury and offered a lot of delicious food.

I appreciated pleasant personnel that ensures guests have an amazing stay. The food is cheap and the breakfast was comprehensive.

Had a great stay of individual travellers, everything was good. The room was fabulous and bright and with a PARTICULARLY NICE view of the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed to have a nice bathroom.

The rooms are modern and have nice view of the garden. I must comment on its suburban location - it was ideal. Thalkirchen - Obersendling - Forstenried - Furstenried - Solln district is worth seeing.

Reasonably priced, beautifully maintained rooms with great facilities and 2 double beds. Magnificent location very close to underground station and easy access to the main shopping centre and a market.

The room was bright, moreover decent sized by clean. The breakfast was large and savoury with a lot of delicious food.

The venue is immaculately clean, with good and absolutely perfect location really close to metro, Munich on June 9, and U Bahn and A95. It has a huge variety of meals to offer, the food is outstanding.

The venue is pleasant and wonderful, its location is excellent, so close to the subway where the main line runs through, the garden, and the tube station. The breakfast is savoury with a good choice of food.

All in all everything was good, had a relaxing stay of individual travellers. The room they gave us was newly renovated and neat with coffee, tea and great facilities.

The room was newly remodelled, good sleep in an extremely comfy bed. The staff were cooperative and amiable with any request. This accommodation had a suburban setting near underground.

We were there for 2 days, everything was good, appreciated its marvellous and peaceful location close to the basic nature of the room-generic bolted to wall hand wash ect in bathroom, and the center and attractions. The food was cheap and the staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice. The breakfast was comprehensive and the parking was onsite;)))

Unbeatable, convenient location in the nice quiet area. Neat and well-appointed, reasonably priced rooms with a balcony, double beds, for example. Smooth check-in, parking onsite.

Nice place, kind staff in the following shift. Very impressed with standard room with 2 double beds. Awesome and excellent location in Munich, adjacent to supermarket, Marienplatz in 15-20 minutes, and the center and historic area. Besides, very convenient to Underground.

The room itself was good sized with a balcony, sofa bed, window on a green area provided.

Great service and a lovely pool onsite. Decent size room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Enjoyed our stay in this place. The staff and people generally were efficient and cooperative. The room was really recently renovated, extremely comfy beds. There were an electric kettle and glassware too.

It was reasonably priced. Spent 3 nights here with my 2 young children, had a really great stay overall. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was quick. They offered extra bed too. The location was marvellous and peaceful - ease of access to Underground.

Possibly the best and really really nice stay of a holiday. Savoury breakfast and on time. Exceptionally comfortable bed in a great-sized room. Early check-in, late check-out, extremely polite staff.

Overall it was a great stay of individual travellers. The restaurant was great with excellent food here, I had freshly cooked dishes. All the staff was informative, tackled my issues. The location turned out to be unbeatable.

Had a bright double room, which allowed us to enjoy magnificent view of the garden. And the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in the suburban setting in a mostly residential neighborhood. The breakfast was savoury and comprehensive with a good cappuccino, truly enjoyed it.

The venue was set in the suburban position near the center, downtown and Munich. The rooms with big TV and bathroom were neat and authentic.

The hotel had marvellous location close enough to restaurant, Oktoberfest and town center and the centre and many tourist sites. Decent size and recently renovated room, the bathroom was spacious.

we loved the bar, where we had our breakfasts. enjoyable base for a trip in munich! even the munich airport was not so far. convenient private parking on site.
