Quaint hotel in a very good building with great views of the garden. Particularly good and excellent location for Munich, next to underground, S train station and an eat in or takeaway chinese, chemist, flower shop. Also, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The best location on the outskirts of Munich and very nice area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Wacker Chemie Gmbh.

Beds were too small.

Everyone was efficient and attentive. The setting of hotel was the best and exceptionally nice, close to public transport. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Location right by the bus station in Neuperlach Sued and a very good. Located a bit far from the city center.

I had a great stay at this economical hotel. The venue's position was great and unbeatable, by underground. It was also not far from Munich's suburbs, and takeaway chinese.

Our double room was complete with bathroom and WiFi.

The location was great and comfortable, in the nearby bakery and the interior design was nice. The rooms were new-fashioned with a double bed kept by the super-friendly staff.

The location was particularly good and magnificent - very close to bakery, super market, restaurant, metro-sbahn station and the U and S-Bahn trains for easy access to the centre. We went out for dinner, found O'roje Aperipasta, it was at a short distance from the hotel. Vietnamese cuisine was served in the attached restaurant...

The location was unbeatable, so close to fine next tu train, and train station both S-bahn and U-bahn. Overall it was recently refurbished with breakfast.

The bathroom I had was very small.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with more friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have a refrigerator and glassware. The staff was especially helpful, the room was newly remodelled and full-size. Enjoyed the location in a residential neighbourhood.

Everything was nice, efficient staff, great views of the garden. Stayed here because it was 400 metres from the metro, nice location. You could walk to a bakery and small supermarkets.

It offers very good service. The double room is new-fashioned and has more than enough space and sound-proofed windows. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary;)))

We liked hotel's food and rooms. Perfect for families with children. The staff was WELCOMING with local information. A bakery and the markets are close enough to the venue. Would definitely recommend the place.

Helpful staff and a great location. Really enjoyed their on-site restaurant La Locandiera, it was good.

Within walking distance of Fresh Cooking, where you can have lunch. Of course, we totally recommend it to all. Good home base for a holiday in Munich.
