In overall, the place is functional, has sincere and attentive staff at the reception desk. The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with lovely bathroom, and the location is unbeatable in arab district with a lot of strip clubs around. There is a lot of supplies like : a mini fridge bar, a safe box, and a hair dryer.

Well-designed and neat room with well equipped bathroom, good breakfast, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

We had a reasonable and warm breakfast with beverages, scrambled eggs, pastries. The location offered was exceptionally nice not far from the centre, and main train station, Oktoberfest and the rest of the city.

The hotel was in a perfect and nice position so close to many museums and other places.

We would recommend this hotel, excellent value for money. The rooms are lovely and generally offer a mini-bar, a heating system and a flat-screen TV.
