delightful experience there. clean place & outstandingly accommodating and incredibly friendly staff. location - excellent and particularly good just next door to a large park nearby, the exhibition centre, and convenient public transport at munchen freiheit.

The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was freshly prepared and very very good with cheeses and eggs prepared immediately, as for instance. The location was nice and ideal, in the Schwabing district and minutes from an underground station. The property was set in a very nice area...

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Warm guest room with balcony. Really helpful and gentle staff and incredible location in a residential neighborhood of Munich! Also - just off the Englischer Garden, and the excellent restaurants and bars of Schwabing.

Nice stay, as always. Fresh breakfast with a great selection of hot/cold dishes. Wonderful location easy to reach city centre by metro, nice restaurants in the local area.

The whole place was clean and the stuff were attentive and excellent. Overall it was spotlessly clean and warm with the window open.

The bed in our room was very hard.

Perfect location, very clean rooms, friendly staff. Besides, private parking was convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed being relatively near Dietlindenstrasse subway station...

we thoroughly enjoyed rooms and people. views from the sunny patio. a cool bonus was nearby seerose, that offered tea and coffee.
