Bavaria Boutique Hotel

Had a very nice 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. A safe, a minibar, and central heating in beautifully designed and new-fashioned rooms were awesome. I got a tasty and superb breakfast with cooked items. This accommodation was in the central location very close to the u-bahn station.

I loved it. Very friendly staff and unbeatable location to Octoberfest fairgrounds, everything was perfect. The room was good looking with a bath, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel's location was lovely to Munich airport. Moreover, it's so close to a quiet residential area with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and subway stations as well as good other style restaurant around.

Fashionable and updated rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware. Generally outstanding service with parking close to the hotel. Nice interior, good restaurant.

The hotel's location was superior, near downtown, a metro station, and city center and public transport. Exclusive king room was completely renovated and good looking had down pillows.

The rooms are well-equipped with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is served in the dining area!

The breakfast available was tasty and absolutely superb with cooked items. Had good location close to lovely smaller restaurants which we really enjoyed.

We enjoyed this staying. Had wonderful stay for a business trip. The location was excellent and amazing, ideally next to the event we was attending with easy access to fairgrounds and a market. All of the staff was efficient and absolutely excellent😃

Modern and wonderful small accommodation with wonderful setting next to a quiet residential area with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and subway stations, 2 train stations which were a 5-10 minute walk and the underground away. Amiable stuff during our stay.

The room itself was nice styled and modern here with a fan and separate toilet.

Brand-new lifestyle queen room with black out blinds as well as balcony. Location next to city center and the train station, many restaurants, Oktoberfest grounds and transport links.

The room is neat, modern and has garden views. It has superfriendly and excellent staff and marvellous services.

Overall had good stay for two nights. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the design was nice. Got lifestyle queen room with a bath, a fan, 'open' bathroom as expected. The location was superior, not far from supermarkets, and many restaurant around, in a very nice area. Dined at Cooa - Fusion Cuisine, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Well-designed place to stay with unbeatable location near enough from the 2 train station and good food. Early check-in, reasonably large and lovely looking rooms with a nice comfy bed, large windows, as for instance.

Actually, the room was new-fashioned, it also had shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The staff was efficient and affable, the bathroom was clean.

the place had an exclusive atmosphere. the room was completely renovated and nice styled, without a doubt, had an electric kettle, fridges and glassware. we liked the cosy. the service was outstanding.

So close to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. We appreciated our time here.

The street outside is quite noisy.

this hotel was chilled-out base for exploring munich, really loved it. venue's attendant is one of the top employees! by the way, hotel charges for parking, that's for eur 15 per day.

We visited das neue kubitscheck, set only 300 ft away. This hotel's not far from tourist places like karlsplatz.

This hotel was situated right by tourist destinations like deutsches museum. Beautiful building. Schwanthalerhoehe district was worth visiting...
